"Short & Sweet" Package

Great for couples who are looking to have a more intimately sized event

  • Covers up to 9 hours of in person coordination on event date
  • Perfect for events aiming to have up to 75 guests in attendance
  • Ideal for a smaller wedding party of up to 6 members or opting for no wedding party
  • 1 Location (ceremony and reception are located at the same venue)
  • "Hands On" coordination beginning at 3 months out from the event
  • Up to 2 hour rehearsal in the week leading up to the event

"Happily Ever After" Package

Most Popular Package! Perfect amount of time for prep AND a party

  • Covers up to 12 hours of in person coordination on event date
  • Perfect for events aiming to have up to 175 guests in attendance
  • Ideal for a little larger of a wedding party of up to 10 members
  • Up to 2 Venues (2nd venue must be within 10 miles of the first)
  • "Hands On" coordination beginning at 3 months out from the event
  • Up to 2 hour rehearsal in the week leading up to the event

"The Big Shabang" Package

For the couple who's ready for the BIGGEST day(and party) of their lives

  • Covers up to 15 hours of in person coordination on event date
  • Perfect for events aiming to have 175+ guests in attendance
  • 12+ members in your wedding party
  • Up to 2 Venues (2nd venue must be within 15 miles of the first)
  • "Hands On" coordination beginning at 3 months out from the event
  • Up to 2 hour rehearsal in the week leading up to the event

When you need just a little more...

If one of the above packages is just ALMOST perfect but you need extra:

  • Additional hours a la carte at my current hourly rate*
  • Travel:  I have a 15 mile radius of my current home location (Marietta, 30066) that is covered at no cost! Any additional miles outside of this radius is calculated roundtrip by the current IRS standard mileage rate at the time of signing and added to the final total of the contract. 


*A la carte hours can only be added to a preexisting package. For weddings, a minimum of 9 hours of "in person coordination" on the event date is required to book.
