My services begin LONG before the day of your event. My clients have worked hard for months, sometimes years to plan their events and all of those fine details and the trust needed to place such a momentous day in someone's hands can't be established in just one day!
I love to start sitting down with my clients when we are 3 months out from the event date. We get to meet and talk through every detail, big and small, and I get the chance to show you how hard I will work for your special day to be perfect!
I love a venue that comes with a good coordinator! Often they can be of great service to myself, the couple and the other hired vendors on a wedding day! However, there is a big difference between a venue's coordinator and a private party coordinator.
A private party coordinator, such as myself, has one focus on a wedding day, my couple! All decisions I make on your behalf are with you as my priority and focus. My decisions will ultimately benefit YOU the most! You will likely receive a more personalized experience, where you feel more heard and less of "another couple" when working with a private party coordinator.
A venue's coordinator, while of course they want you to have an amazing day and are very helpful, their primary focus more often than not is with the venue. Their decisions will be made with what would benefit the venue as the priority. They also often don't help you plan, coordinate or time anything on a wedding day that is not occurring at the venue. If you are getting ready and taking pre-ceremony photos off site or planning an after party at a separate location, they are not helping you plan the timing of these details as it doesn't pertain to the venue.
I'm in no way saying a venue's coordinator is not tremendously helpful, because all the hands you can get on a wedding day, the better! But there is a notable difference in the couple's experience when you have someone on your team that you hand selected and get to gush about every wedding detail to!

Additional fees may be included where applicable such as additional hours requested for an event, mileage (see below for "Do You Travel for Events?" for more information), event(s) location parking or valet.
There is a nonrefundable retainer needed along side a signed contract in order to secure my exclusive services for your event date. The retainer is due at signing of the contract. The retainer is applied to the total balance due at time of final payment.
Yes, I travel! I am currently based in Marietta GA (30066) and my packages cover any event within 15 miles of my current home location. Any additional mileage for each event is calculated roundtrip by the current IRS standard mileage rate at the time of signing and added to the final total of the contract.
I offer up to 4 sessions, including rehearsal and any venue final walk throughs, to my clients to get together to discuss their event and any new developments. Ideally I meet with a client three months before the event date, two months before the event date and again two to three weeks before the event date. In my experience this gives myself and my clients an ideal schedule to check in and be one step ahead.
Now! Even if we are a year out from the event, it's never a bad idea to have your preferred vendors locked down as soon as possible. Waiting to secure a service could leave the door open for other clients with the same event date in mind to snag that date, making me unavailable. I'm a "get it on the calendar" kind of gal that way I can spend all that time looking forward to your event and you better believe, my 2025 books are open and filling up!
Yes, I am! I hold current licensing as well as insurance and can happily provide copies upon request.
You may notice that many venues now are requiring couples to book vendors, especially Coordinators, that can provide proof of licensing and insurance. A lot of this has to do with the venue wanting to know that their point of contact for your Big Day and the person that has been tasked with constructing the timeline is a professional who has experience in event coordination. Having experienced and licensed vendors insures everyone involved behind the scenes knows exactly what it takes to pull off a smooth event.
